Excellent customer service from start to finish. The team were honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. The wheels were in a really bad state when I bought the car, and wasn't sure if they could be restored to a good state, see attached picture for end result. From the manager to the young man known as “T”, who removed and refitted the tyres, everyone provided outstanding service. T was particularly knowledgeable about his trade and went the extra mile with a thoughtful finishing touch by placing a BMW logo sticker on the alloys, a small gesture that really showed his attention to detail and pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company. They’re clearly very busy, which speaks volumes about the quality of their workmanship and the friendly, professional service they provide.
