Our Terms & Conditions

  • Bespoke Alloys endeavours to refurbish all wheels to the best of our ability but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen problems such as hidden cracks, poor casting or excessive corrosion. These problems may only become apparent upon removal of the existing wheel coating. If we do not believe a cosmetically acceptable or safe finish can be achieved, the customer will be contacted to discuss options before any further work is undertaken.

Bespoke Alloys endeavours to refurbish all wheels to the best of our ability but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen problems such as hidden cracks, poor casting or excessive corrosion. These problems may only become apparent upon removal of the existing wheel coating. If we do not believe a cosmetically acceptable or safe finish can be achieved, the customer will be contacted to discuss options before any further work is undertaken.

We reserve the right to refuse to complete the refurbishment process if we discover at any point during the process that the wheel will not, in the opinion of our employees, be safe. Wheels which are classed as in 'very poor condition' may incur an additional charge. The customer will be contacted before any additional charge work is completed. Customers should be aware that certain high gloss finishes show blemishes more easily (Black Chrome or Bright Silver). We cannot guarantee to make your wheels perfect but will ensure they are significantly improved. Should a customer request as new finish or show wheels' additional charges will apply and be calculated on an hourly basis plus materials.

Bespoke Alloys accepts no responsibility for unforeseen delays within the process as some wheels may take longer than standard within any given process. We recommend the fitment of new tyre valves when undertaking the replacement or fitment of the tyres. Rubber valves are supplied free with the standard published price list. Alternative valves such as metal, chromed sleeved, hidden, or small rubber are available at an extra charge. We accept no responsibility for leaks from old valves that have been refitted at the customer's request.

Bespoke Alloys accepts no responsibility for the transport of wheels delivered or collected by couriers employed by the customer. Customers should ensure that any courier they employ is adequately covered. Any courier contracted by us will carry adequate insurance.

We reserve the right not to re-fit damaged, dangerous or illegal tyres. We endeavour to refurbish alloy wheels to the best of their ability but cannot be responsible for any unforeseen problems such as poor casting, hidden cracks, excessive corrosion, buckles, previous poor repairs or previous excessive diamond cutting. These problems may only become apparent upon the removal of the existing wheel coating. If issues like these become apparent after the wheels have been placed in the chemical solution or after the sand blast process, customers will be advised about what has been detected and what can be done to proceed with an estimated cost that would apply for the additional repairs required, along with how long this is likely to take. Minor issues that can be rectified with metal filler will be managed on site and may not incur any additional costs or extended refurbishment time; however extensive damage may have to be rectified by a specialist welder or straightener which will incur additional cost and time. Customers will be advised by phone or e mail and a response will be required for us to proceed. Where possible, photographs of the damage found will be supplied.

Vehicles or wheels will not be released until payment is made in full. Vehicles or wheels not collected within agreed timescales will be subject to a storage fee. We will endeavour to contact customers with respect to collecting their wheels; however, wheels not collected within 4 months of completion will be sold to recover all costs.

The diamond cutting process removes layers of metal with a precision cut to remove damage. The amount removed is determined by the damage. Diamond cutting by its very nature can change the profile of the wheel or spokes slightly, so customer should be aware that a cut wheel will differ slightly to a new wheel. The more cuts that are made, the more noticeable will be the difference. Some wheels may not be suitable for diamond cutting; for example if they have had excessive cutting on previous repairs or if the design of the wheel does not allow it to be diamond cut.

We may not be able to determine if a wheel can be cut until the wheel has been seen. If our technicians do not think a cut is advisable, or if when cutting it becomes apparent that diamond cutting is not suitable, or if the cutting depth proves to be too low, we will advise the customer by phone or email immediately with a supporting photograph if necessary. We will advise the best course of action so that the customer can decide how they wish to proceed.

When applying a painted finish and lacquer our technicians will match as closely as possible to the other wheels and the customer’s request. An exact match may not always be possible and the finished result will be subjective. To obtain a set of wheels that match we advise all four wheels are painted and lacquered at the same time.

We will always try to meet any completion time scales given at the time a wheel refurbishment is booked. Completion times, however, are a guide only.

On site service

All customers’ vehicles must be fully covered by their own insurance whilst left with us. All vehicles must be supplied with the locking wheel nut keys for removing and fitting wheels where applicable.
We accept no responsibility for goods or articles left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for resetting any vehicle computers or monitoring systems for tyre pressures. Owners should refer to their vehicle manual for this function.
When we fit wheels to a customer's vehicle, all staff will make sure that the wheel nuts and bolts will be properly torqued using the appropriate equipment. Customers are however, responsible for rechecking wheel nuts and bolts after initial bedding in period of approximately 50 miles and at regular points thereafter as part of a standard maintenance routine.

Whatever wheels you need

  • PAINTED WHEELS - All painted wheels come with a 12-month warranty against any paint defect, subject to damage not occurring as a result of driver damage or the use of corrosive wheel cleaners which dull and damage lacquer over time.
  • DIAMOND CUT WHEELS - All diamond cut wheels come with a 12-month warranty, subject to damage not occurring as a result of driver damage or the use of corrosive wheel cleaners which dull and damage lacquer over time.
  • TWO PIECE WHEELS - are subject to the same general terms as listed above i.e. painted and diamond cut areas. A 12-month warranty is offered against the wheel bolts coming loose; however no warranty is offered on the bolts themselves unless new bolts have been fitted.
